I do not collect personal data such as names, addresses, or email addresses in a folder or a list. However, I store emails I receive from clients indirectly in my email application, where the conversations remain accessible. Additionally, I store each project in its own folder, usually named after the logo.

The stored project folders are used so that I can have direct access to the projects in case the client requests changes, without having to redesign the project. I use the emails to respond to inquiries and communicate with clients.

I keep the project folders for as long as I am active in graphic design, and the emails remain in my email inbox as long as I need them for communication.

I do not share your data with third parties.

You have the right to delete the project folder at any time and can also request the deletion of emails.
